In Hungary: Orders ordered can be received within 2-3 business days, depending on the stock. Payment options: pre-transfer, cash on delivery (in HUF).

Romania, Slovakia: within 3-4 business days from the date of order. Payment options: pre-transfer, cash on delivery (RON in Romania, Slovakia in Euro). Our stock is constantly changing, so the products that is still on the website may not be available and can not be or can only be partially completed. Of course, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone, and we will reconcile your modified order. Damaged package

A szerződéses konstrukció HUF FIX kamatozású, HUF piaci kamat (BUBOR) a futamidő alatt nem befolyásolja az egyes törlesztések nagyságát. A havi díj változatlan, jól tervezhető, forintkamat emelkedése esetén is azonos nagyságú marad.

 

A fizetendő díjak havonta/negyedévente előre fizetendőek. Az első díj az üzembe helyezést követően hónap/negyedév első napján esedékes. Nettó 500 000 forintot meg nem haladó vételár esetén kizárólag negyedéves fizetési ütemezésre van lehetőség. Az átadás és az első díjfizetés közötti időszakra napi használati díj fizetendő, ami a havi díj napban kifejezett értéke. A havi/negyedéves díjak negyedévente, csoportos beszedési megbízás alapján kerülnek kiegyenlítésre. Amennyiben a Megrendelő ettől eltérő fizetési módot választ, az egyes fizetések feldolgozásának többletköltségére tekintettel a fizetendő díj díjfizetésenként 2 500 Ft + Áfa összeggel növekedik.

 

Indikatív HUF alapú szerződéses kondícióink rövid leírása:

A cégünk által ajánlott konstrukció szerint a GRENKELEASING Magyarország Kft. megvásárolja a Megrendelő által kiválasztott eszközt, és - a Polgári Törvénykönyvről szóló 2013. évi V. törvény 6:409. § (1) bekezdése szerinti - pénzügyi lízingszerződés keretében adja a Megrendelő használatába.

A megkötött lízingszerződésre a számvitelről szóló 2000. évi C. törvény alapján a tartós bérletre vonatkozó könyvvezetési, nyilvántartási, elszámolási és beszámolási szabályok az irányadóak.

A szerződés egyebekben nem minősül a hitelintézetekről és a pénzügyi vállalkozásokról szóló törvény szerinti pénzügyi lízingnek, így a szerződés szerinti szolgáltatások nyújtásához nincs szükség hatósági engedélyre.

Amennyiben Ön saját biztosítást kíván kötni, kérjük legkésőbb az átadás átvétel időpontját követő három héten belül szíveskedjen a GRENKELAESING Magyarország Kft.-re engedményezett biztosításról a fedezetigazolást megküldeni, ellenkező esetben a biztosítási díjra vonatkozó ajánlatunkat elfogadottnak tekintjük.

Ajánlatunk tájékoztató jellegű, mely a Megrendelő igénye és társaságunk finanszírozási döntése alapján módosulhat. Döntésünket a leendő Lízingbevevő gazdálkodási adatai és az ügylet egyéb paramétereire alapozott elemzés előzi meg, mely alapján a szerződés végleges feltételei módosításra, pontosításra kerülhetnek.
